They are entering into the entertainment industry so i guess they should use some other methods also for monetization which can be like:-

1. Putting audio advertisement before or after the song is played.
2. Making a professional audio editing software exclusively for their websit like iTunes & create a online store in which they can sell albums of the artists & share the revenue with the artists, this will also engage more artists to their website.

So go on - upload & sing to the world & who knows you could be the next music star of India.

ADAG's BigFlicks - Aggressive in the Indian market

BigFlicks announced last year as a part of Reliance Entertainment has now launched BigFlicks & it is adopting a very agressive pricing market strategy not only for India but worldwide.

It has a collection of 14000 Titles & it is offering Video Downloads - Worldwide  & Video Rentals - Only in India.

In iTunes Store where a price if a track is about 99 cents, BigFlicks if offering a full video movie download priced at 1$ only per download. In the video rentals market in India also where if a person rents a video CD or a Video DVD from a local store, one gets at a price of 30Rs - 60Rs for one day rent, BigFlicks is offering a minimum plan of Rs.250 for a month to rent unlimited movies but one cd at a time.

I am sure this is not good news for other movie rental portals like seventymm.com, moviemart.in etc. These portals got to revise their prices if they want to stay in this market for long.

Nokia & the University of Cambridge have displayed a cellphone that can be bended and molded into any shape.
So now we may be able to wear our mobile phone as a wrist band or as a bluetooth headset around your ear.

"Morph" is being called as the device of the future.It is currently on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City is "Morph", touted as a 'bendable', 'stretchable' nanotechnology concept phone developed in conjunction by the Nokia Research Center and UK's Cambridge University.

Now this is what is called awesome technology.

Sony Ericsson launch Ericsson Multimedia Communications Suite

Sony Ericsson has launched its new interface for select devices, the MCS, their goal is to integrate web 2.0 contents feeds into the UI, and will be showing up on handsets such as the Sony Ericsson W760i. Users will be able to gain access to the new service via their existing apps. Research completed by Sony Ericsson shows there to be a strong demand for mobilisation of communication services on the internet such as files sharing, chat and presence.


The user interface mixes the new MCS with existing apps like data transfer, voice, voice call, video call, MMS and SMS. Sony Ericsson’s MCS is initally only available to Ericsson feature phones while the MCS is constructed on IMS architecture. To learn more follow the source.
